Using only grade materials and manufacturing to tight tolerances for threads, clearances and sealing faces, Heldon fittings are ideal for the demanding requirements of modern refrigerants and other seal critical industries.

Flared connections from 1/8 OD to ¾ OD can have a safe working pressure up to 4,200kpa (620)psi, depending on the size and temperature range from -50°C to +120°C.

• Heldon fittings are chemically cleaned for contaminant-free installations.
• Heldons Frost Proof series of flare nuts are the ultimate solution and a must where condensation and frosting could lead to pipe damage or nut creep.
• Heldons range of forged flare nuts are stronger than machined nuts and will withstand maximum system pressures.
• Schrader valves used in all Heldon fittings feature Heldoprene seats that are suitable for all fluorinated refrigerants up to an SWP of 4,200 kPa.
