Viper Brite Coil Cleaner (20L)

RT300G-20L

Product Description

PRODUCT OVERVIEW:

Viper Brite is a non-acid alkaline aluminium brightener that produces expanding foam for cleaning for all outdoor condenser coils and commercial & industrial evaporators. Nothing cleans or foams better than Viper Brite. Viper Brite will completely restore the heat transfer properties of the entire coil body by removing dirt, grease, grime and hard oxidation. Coil appearance is enhanced to a bright metallic sheen. Best results are obtained when used through our exclusive Viper Foam Gun (RT300S).

  • Certified - NSF, EPA, Kosher, biodegradable and eco-friendly
  • Technician Safe - developed by a service technician for service technicians
  • Food Safe - approved for use in and around food processing areas
  • High Foaming - Super cleaning power – coil brightener, degreasing and oxidisation removal
  • Non-Acid - alkaline based non-acid cleaner
  • Concentrate - high dilution ratio for maximum cost savings
  • Commercial & Industrial Evaporators - coil-brightening alkaline concentrate
  • All Condensers - coil bighting alkaline concentrate

COMPETITIVE POINTS OF DIFFERENCE:

Unlike competing alkaline coil cleaners, Viper Brite is a non-acid coil cleaner that is registered for use in food processing areas, is biodegradable and can be disposed of without negatively affecting the environment.

APPLICATION:

Viper Brite is best applied through the Viper Foam Gun (RT300S), as the technology is enhanced by the foam this creates. Otherwise, Viper Brite is typically diluted 10:1 with water and applied using manual or pump type spray equipment. We recommend that Viper Brite be added full strength directly to our foam gun and applied as an instant foam into the coil body. The product will produce an abundant amount of foam for several minutes. After application this product must be rinsed with large amounts of water.

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Use the Viper Foam Gun or pump sprayer to fully saturate coil with fluid at the desired dilution - start at 1:10.
  2. Wait 5-10 minutes for foam to generate and loosen the dirt, grease, grime and hard oxidation
  3. Rinse thoroughly with plenty of water

FRIDGEY FACTS:

  • When cleaning a larger coil contaminated with internal oxidisation and hard carbon deposits, remove the surrounding flange to access the top of the coil. With a dilution ratio of 3:1, pour Viper Brite down the middle of the coil and let gravity do its work. It will take time for the chemical to react with the oxidisation and organic contaminants. Once it does, let the foam do its thing by blistering and lifting, pushing the gunk out via the foam expansion. Once the foam starts to liquefy, thoroughly rinse. Repeat the process until the coil is contaminant free

  • Coils full of organic contaminants like mould, dirt and natural fats such as cooking grease are cleaned equally well by Viper Brite and Viper Heavy Duty. If the coil is more than 150mm wide, heavily contaminated with oxidisation and hardened carbon deposits – and you want to restore its original shine for those before and after pics – Viper Brite is the one to use

  • Never use acids to clean coils. They more dangerous than alkaline solutions and they destroy the bond between aluminium fins and copper tubing, resulting in loss of heat transfer
