Motor start capacitors - non-polarized aluminium electrolytic capacitors for intermittent AC duty. Used for starting fractional horsepower, single-phase electric motors, as well as in gear motor applications.

These capacitors have a rugged plastic case that does not require any additional insulation. Furthermore, the mounting hardware, end caps, and brackets are available to facilitate mounting.
