Dear customers,
Due to significant increases in material costs, price changes on commodity items (copper tube, pair coil, copper fittings & silver solder) will be implemented on 1 June 2024. Customers can use existing quotes where they remain valid in our branch locations or online using smart@ccess.
A further round of price changes will be effective on 1 July 2024. This will apply to a number of product categories including but not limited to the following:
Customers can access their updated ‘Net’ and ‘List’ pricing via Kirby smart@ccess and/or make contact with their sales representative to get the details on the changes as they are available.
Price communications will continue to be posted on our website and through the notifications section of smart@ccess when these take effect.
All customers can gain access to our smart@ccess portal by registering via https://smartaccess.kirbyhvacr.com.au/account_application.php.
