In March, Kirby had the pleasure of hosting our HVAC Partners, who achieved their 2023 targets on an unforgettable Incentive Trip to Sri Lanka.
The trip was filled with unique experiences, starting with a visit to the Udawalawe Elephant Transit Home. Here, the group had the opportunity to learn about the rehabilitation program that prepares orphaned elephant calves for their return to the wild.
The group also visited the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Galle Fort, admiring the 17th-century Dutch colonial monuments. The adventure continued with a safari through Udawalawe National Park, During the safari, they saw various wildlife, including elephants, leopards, deer, jackals, and buffalo.
To top off the experience, they enjoyed a truly authentic Sri Lankan lunch at Kalu’s Hideaway, a retreat owned by Romesh Kaluwitharana, the celebrated wicketkeeper from Sri Lanka’s Cricket World Cup-winning team.
